“ Siamo stati nel bistrot per cena, il locale è accogliente e moderno, con spazio sia esterno che interno. I camerieri sono molto disponibili, cordiali e simpatici. Per quanto riguarda il cibo i piatti sono gustosi ed esaltano l'elevata qualità dei prodotti. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Un grande punto di forza sta nell'abbondondanza delle porzioni, si riesce a gustarsi un bel piatto di pasta senza uscire con fame. ”

L'atmosfera é tranquilla e piacevole. La titolare e lo staff molto simpatici, gentili, e attenti ai clienti. I piatti di pesce buoni e curati. Consigliatissima la mousse allo zafferano, miele e mandorle (vedi foto); invenzione dello chef. Davvero buonissima! Consigliatissimo! ”

Personale estremamente gentile e particolarmente attento alla cura dei clienti, da alcuni dettagli si percepiscono la loro esperienza e professionalità. Infine il cibo, sapori autentici, di qualità, in ogni portata si distinguevano tutti gli ingredienti che si sposavano perfettamente tra di loro. Abbiamo preso antipasto di tonno rosso con pomodorini e cipolle, poi il piatto tipico di Calasetta, il pilau, le trofie alla carlofortina di una bontà divina , doveroso provarle e per concludere in dolcezza una mousse di ricotta con miele, mandorle, su una cialda, il tutto artigianale, buonissimo. La quantità delle portate era giusta. TUTTO OTTIMO. Spesa totale con due bottiglie di acqua 58€ prezzo onestissimo. Meglio prenotare. ”
